Summary
Nothing appears to happen when when setting the 'Word Wrap' and 'Clip text' value for formula fields in the Related Record List component for Experience Builder sites.

Repro
1. Setup a formula field that outputs long text on an object.
2. Add that field to a related list for a parent object of the child object that contains the formula field.
3. In Experience Builder ensure that there is a Detail page for the parent object that contains the Related List for the child object.
4. Publish the Experience Site.
5. Create a new record from the child object. Ensure the formula field is populated.
6. Navigate to the parent record in Experience site.
7. Select 'View All' under the related list of the child object.
8. Select the option to either clip text and word wrap. Select word wrap.

Text remains clipped.

Workaround
Use a CSS override on forceCommunityRelatedList and forceListViewManagerGrid to set white-space:normal
