High Velocity Sales - "Pending On Time" and "Pending Overdue" metrics are always null

The "Pending On Time" and "Pending Overdue" columns are not populating with values in the "Sales Cadence Performance" dashboard that comes standard with the HVS app.
1 - Setup HVS and enable the HVS app
2 - Create Sales Cadence and add prospects
3 - In the work queue make sure there are pending steps that are overdue
4 - From the App launcher, open High Velocity Sales Performance.
5 - Select the Sales Cadence Performance tab. Notice the Pending On Time and Pending Overdue is 0
None, at this time.
