All Contacts does not display all channels or sources when Business Unit Filters are Enabled

Repro
Email Studio > Admin

Business Units > Select the box next to one of your Business Units

Select "Define Subscriber Filter"

Save any filter

Navigate to the BU selected above

Go to Contact Builder > All Contacts

Note only "Mobile Opt-In" is listed for Source.

Note only MobileConnect, MobilePush, and GroupConnect display under Channel

Workaround
Contact Builder does not currently support BU Filtering. If access to these sections are needed in Contact Builder, remove the BU Filter if possible.
