Summary
RL may not load despite meeting visibility condition set in Lightning App Builder

Requires a page refresh to load the Related List as expected. Same issue for basic and enhanced RLs.


- Actual Result

User edits record and meets the criteria for displaying the Related List component. A placeholder for the Related List appears but the Related List does not finish loading

- Expected Result

Editing the record such that it meets component visibility criteria should load the component without issue

Repro
- Ordered steps to reproduce in a fresh org

Create a Lightning page for Lead (seeing as it has a path out-of-the-box)

Add a RL single component to the page

Edit its visibility criteria such that it only appears if Lead Status is not equal to 'Open - Not Contacted':

Advanced the Lead status to 'Working - Contacted'

Observe the RL does not fully render

Workaround
User can refresh the page to ensure all expected RLs load as expected. Not ideal.
