Summary
No column headers for mass action checkboxes or row-level actions. For example, Related List do not have column header for mass action or row-level actions.

Repro
1) Create a custom Lightning page for Account, for example - three-region layout will do for testing the Related List preview
2) Create a test Case associated with this Account
3) Add Related Lists component to the middle section
4) Set Related Lists type to Enhanced so we show the two untitled columns.
5) Observe the lack of labels for the columns for mass actions and row-level actions
