Getting error when renewing Sales Agreement

Summary
Customer can't renew Sales Agreement when enablement of Manufacturing Sales license is non in English language
Repro
1Log in the Org
2. Go to Sales Agreement tab and open any record
3. At the right upper portion of the page, click on the downward arrow and hit on Renew
Issue will appear " Sales Agreement isn't renewed Successfully"
