Session Settings not respected in Journey Builder

Session settings within Setup are not respected within Journey Builder. This can cause a user to be logged into the application but unable to work within Journey Builder after one hour of inactivity happens.

1.) Create a new Journey
2.) Drag a Random Split onto the canvas
3.) Open the activity and notice that it loads
4.) Close the activity
5.) Wait for about an hour
6.) Re-open the random split and get "We can't authenticate your request... "

Click a tab within Journey Builder or navigate to a different studio/builder before navigating back to Journey Builder.
