Summary
If a survey is created and on any of the questions, the lowest/highest scores (default Bad and Good, respectively) are removed at time of creation, the survey will be unable to be submitted due to an error.
In the survey builder, even if these values are blanked out, there is no validation that occurs, and the backend will store the values as null, even though the user may still see the default Good and Bad values displayed.
NOTE: This also affects translation of surveys. If affected by this issue, any attempts to translate a page containing a survey question without the highest/lowest values for score, the user translating the survey will see "Not Saved. Please try again." when attempting to save the translation.
Repro
1) Create a new Survey
2) Add a rating question
3) Remove the 'Good' and 'Bad' texts and leave it blank
4) Save the Survey and activate it.
5) Now submit a Survey response and choose either 1 or 5 for the rating question, it will throw error on submission.
Workaround
Create a new Version and ensure you provide Good/Bad(or any other text of your choice) labels for all the ratings questions and save the survey. Then activate the version.
