Summary
The issue is intermittent and the disconnect will typically be presented to the visitor with 409 errors in the backend.
Repro
- Setup Omni, Go to the Service Console and set Status to Ready
- On a separate browser, open the webpage where the chat is hosted
- Fill out the Pre-Chat form and submit a chat
- Intermittently, the chat will timeout/end while reloading site, Possibly when another tab is open for the same page but doesn't have chat started on it.
