The message is not translated properly when the authenticated user (with French language) clicks PAUSE while submitting Survey

Repro
1. Set the user language as French

2. Create a Survey, create an internal invitation, and launch it

3. Pause the survey and observe the text:


Expected: "Pour reprendre à l'endroit où vous avez quitté, actualisez cette page ou rouvrez l'enquête."

Actual: "Pour reprendre à l'endroit où vous avez quitté, actualisez cette page ou rouvrez l'enquête."
