Summary
Option "Do not require Identity Verification for SSO Logins" under security setting of child BU doesn't change the value.

Repro
1. Login into MC account with SSO enabled having at least 1 child BU.

2. In the EID, go to security setting > Single sign-on setting and change "Do not require Identity Verification for SSO Logins" to Yes/No then save the changes.

3. Navigate to child BU and go to security setting >>Single sign-on setting wherein option "Do not require Identity Verification for SSO Logins" would have same selection as we made in point 2.

4. Click on edit and try to change the selection to Yes/No and click on save.

5. Notice that the setting is not saved and remains same as the Enterprise setting.

Workaround
None
