Unable to convert lead to existing opportunities

When converting a lead if we choose Existing Account, New Contact, Existing Opportunity. The lead does not convert to the Opportunity and the existing Opportunity is not related to the newly created contact
- If we create a new Opportunity there is no issue and the Opportunity appears on the lead convert confirmation modal.
- This works fine in 228 (Winter '21) but not in the new release Spring '21(230)
1. Create an account with an existing contact and opportunity.
2. In LEX go to Leads tab and pick any lead
3. Click the convert button
Account > Choose Existing
(Account Created in Step 1)
Contact > Create New
Opportunity > Choose Existing
(Opportunity Created in Step 1)
Observe only the Account and Contact appear on the succession screen
None at this point in time.
