Summary
In some cases, when a work item is routed to an agent but at the exact same time the agent changes their status making them unavailable causing related psr isPushed is not updated to false and not getting deleted.

If a PendingServiceRouting resync job is triggered before finding a new agent for this work item then the psr stuck dangling forever.

Actual Result:
PSR's Are not being deleted after work items are assigned and are no longer in Omni Supervisor.

Expected result:
When the work items are assigned to agents and after accepting them the PSR's should be deleted, Since the work items are no longer in Omni Supervisor.
