Summary
Links located within a Behavioral Trigger Content Block, currently are not wrapped and tracked like other links within the email.

Repro
1) Within an email use a Behavioral Trigger Content Block
2) Send email
3) Click on a link within the Behavioral Trigger Content Block
4) Observe its not wrapped (https://click.xxxx.xxx......) nor are parameter manager strings added

Workaround
If UTM strings are required on links, add these values to the product link url within the catalog. They can not leverage any ampscript
