Journey Builder Entry Event Schedule does not save the run date on the first attempt

Fixed in version Marketing Cloud October 2020 Release Patch 7
When configuring a single send journey or a multi-step journey, there is the option to schedule the journey in the future. The first attempt to do so does not save properly.
1.) Create a new multistep journey
2.) Add and configure a Data Extension
3.) Click to configure schedule
4.) Choose run once on publish and click to edit
5.) Choose a run date in the future
6.) Click summary and done
Edit the scheduled date a second time and it will save.
