Would like to disable knowledge Suggested articles on cases as recommended on document below.
Einstein Article Recommendations FAQ
"If you use Einstein Article Recommendations, we recommend disabling Suggested Articles to ensure a clean user experience for your support team."
1. Go to setup -> search for "Knowledge Settings".
2. Edit and Uncheck "Suggest related articles on cases".
Result: Knowledge component still generate suggestions.
