[Accessibility] Preview Hover Card On Links Not Persistent

When hovering over links, or opening the preview card via keyboard navigation, the hover preview card that displays is difficult to navigate into. Using the mouse, often times the hover card will disappear when trying to mouse into the card and view the content.
1) Open a record, such as a Contact, in lightning
2) Hover over a link, such as the Account associated with that contact
3) Slowly move your mouse toward the diamond in the hover that appears
4) Difficult to navigate into the hover. Often it does not persist and you will need to retry.
Zoom in on your browser to enlarge the area the hover encompasses, or use a combination of mouse and keyboard to ensure users enter the hover properly.
