Back End adjustments (activations, limit adjustments, password resets) within sandbox may result in server error

An issue has been identified that results in an error being encountered when changes to Sandbox environments are made by members of our Support organization.
These errors are known to occur when making Administrator requested adjustments to an environment from our back end system. These include the activation of features, alteration of system limits and password resets.
Unfortunately, there is no workaround at this time. We are working on resolving this issue as quickly as possible.
