Guest License profiles are not given access to Survey objects after enabling Surveys

Guest User Profiles will not have the Survey objects listed when editing the profiles. This prevents the admin from granting access so public surveys can be used on the org.
1. Log into the org as the admin.
2. Navigate to the Guest User Profile.
3. Edit the profile.
4. Attempt to locate the Survey objects on the profile.
The objects are not present on the profile.
If you are blocked and need this resolved ASAP please create a case with Salesforce Support and reference this known issue. Your case will then be escalated to manually enable the Survey objects.
