Fixed in version Marketing Cloud Release October 2020
When running a test Journey that is configured with a Sendable Data Extension that has an INT field as it's primary key that is mapped to SubscriberID/Subscriberkey the Journey will fail to complete.
1. Create DE and mapped INT Primary Key with Subscriberkey
2. Create journey with entry source as DE and add random split
3. Run the test journey
4. See that the Test Journey does not complete.
Change the mapping field to an EmailAddress Field type or Text Field type.
