No notification when assigned resource has been removed from service appointment

Resources receive a notification when they are assigned a Service Appointment, but no notification when assigned resource has been removed from service appointment.
In Field Service Mobile Settings > Enable "Send appointment notifications on dispatch" and disable "Send appointment notifications on assignment".
Install FSL managed package in the org.
Create a Service Appointment and assign it to a resource.
Change the status to dispatch.
Now delete the Assigned resource from the Related List in SA.
Login as the resource user to which SA was assigned.
You will see only 1 notification for assignment, there is no notification for removal of assigned resource from Service Appointment.
No workaround, the issue doesn't happen in an org without FSL managed package.
