Journey Builder Email Analytics incorrect Not Sent Rate

Within a Journey Builded Email activity the "Not Sent Rate" displays an incorrect percentage
Review an email activity from Journey Builder canvas and notice the "Not Sent Rate" is displaying an incorrect value. Currently this tile is dividing "Not Sent" by "Attempted Sends" where "Attempted Sends" is only the number of sent emails
