Summary
When setting up a Transactional API in a Business Unit shared data extensions are not available to the Transactional API. There is no error message, nothing shows in the developer tab. The shared data extension does show up for the user in other areas of the application, including regular data extension entry sources.

Repro
> Create a data extension using TSDE template at the top level of an Enterprise 2.0 account.
> Share data extension with a BU.
> In the BU, create a journey using Transaction API as the entry source.
> In the Transaction API search for the shared data extension, it does not show.

Workaround
There is no workaround at the moment.
