Average Response Time Card is missing data in the Engagement Summary Dashboard

The average response time card in Engagement Summary Dashboards are missing data, causing the report not to be accurate. Customers are seeing this for all of May and June 2021.
1) Login into Social Studio
2) Create an Engagement Summary Dashboard in the Analyze section for May and June 2021
3) Observe that the Average Response Time card for May 1-31st has almost no data
4) Now move to Engage, create a Column for the same social account and time period
5) You will now see an Engage column for the same Social account for the same date range shows more responses
