Summary
When the NVDA screen reader is being used, error messages are not read when attempting to mark a stage in a path as complete or current without first completing all required fields.

Repro
1. Log into Salesforce.
2. Select Leads from the home page or the App Launcher.
3. Select a lead from the list view.
4. Make sure the NVDA screen reader is running and speech is being heard.
5. Change the lead's stage to a later value and mark it as current without completing at least one required field. Observe that, when the error dialog appears, NVDA just says "close button close."
