Duplicate items created on the Social Studio Publish Calendar

In some workspaces, Calendar items (notes/posts) are being duplicated upon being created in the Calendar. These items share the same ID, so it is still only one item in the database, and duplicate posts are NOT made to the native social network.
- Log into Social Studio
- Access an affected Workspace
- Go to Publish Calendar
- Create Note
- Note that duplicate Notes are created
Refreshing the web browser will remove the duplicate Calendar item.
