Unable to move a Service Appointment record with 'Dispatched' status to another service

Summary
When moving a Service Appointment record with 'Dispatched' status to another service resource on Dispatcher console "Event record failed to create/update" error occurs and unable to assign it to another service resource.
This issue occurs when "Calendar Sync for Service Appointment" feature is enabled, and a Service Appointment parent record is Work Order Line Item.
Repro
1.Enable Calendar Sync for Service Appointment.
2.Create a Work Order record.
3.Create a Work Order Line Item record.
4.Create a Service Appointment with Work Order Line Item record from step 3 as the Parent record.
5.Go to Field Service tab.
6.Schedule this Service Appointment record to your service resource, and then dispatch it (change the status to 'Dispatched').
7.Event record was created for this Service Appointment record. Event record appears on the your Calendar that linked to the assigned Service Resource.
8.Try to move this Service Appointment record to another service resource on Dispatcher console by manual.
* Issue: "Event record failed to create/update" error occurs.
