Repro
- Create an inactive Success Plan Template
- Apply the newly created Success Plan Template to the Student
- Create a Task on the Inactive Success Plan Template
- Log into the Community as the Student
- Review Tasks and Success Plan Tasks. Notice that the Inactive Success Plan Template and corresponding Tasks are appearing to the Student
