Marketing Cloud Calendar Date Picker defaults to incorrect date

Marketing Cloud Calendar date picker shows the wrong day for a Campaign and Event and activity when users are using the NZ and AU timezone. This issue only occurs sporadically.
Set Timezone in Setup > Cloud Preferences to (GMT+10:00) Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney *
In any account around 10am AEST
Go to the Marketing Cloud Calendar
Click on Today in the Calendar
Use Date Picker
Test at 10:55 am AEST, date picker shows the date one behind
Test at 15:00 AEST, date picker gets day correct
Manually select the correct date in the date picker, rather than leaving it on the default.
