Unable to delete patterns due to unknown error

In extremely limited cases, it is not possible to delete patterns due to an "unknown error." Inspection of the error will reveal the message "Transaction rolled back because it has been marked as rollback-only"

It is not known how to reproduce this error.

There is no workaround known to delete affected patterns at this time.
