Summary
In all Lightning forms throughout all Salesforce orgs, Select A Date buttons are not programmatically associated with their fields, requiring the screen reader user to guess their correct associations.

Repro
1. Log in to Salesforce.
2. Select Opportunities from the home page or the App Launcher.
3. Select an opportunity from the list view.
4. Press the Edit button.
5. Make sure the JAWS screen reader is running and speech is being heard.
6. Press control+Caps Lock+B to list all the buttons on the page. Observe that there is no programmatic association for the Select A Date button.
