GIFS duplicated as part of comment/reply

When responding to a post in Engage an uploading a GIF as part of the response, the image is duplicated, causing the customer to need to delete one of the images in order to post.
- Login to Engage, find a post to respond to
- Upload a GIF to be part of the reply
- Image will upload and be duplicated.
- Delete the duplicated GIF before sending the response
