Search Results component doesn't load when a guest user searches a Customer Service community

In a Customer Service community, the Search Results component may not fully load when a search is performed by a guest user.
1. As an unauthenticated user, navigate to a Customer Service community.
2. Perform a Global Search.
Result: The Search Results component may not fully load.
Refresh the page and perform the search again.
