Error throne when switching portal contacts between accounts and there are Territories assigned (TM1) on the target account

NoDataFoundException error is throne when updating portal contact account. This occurs when the target account has Territories (TM1) assigned to the target account.
1. Ensure you have a Partner Account that has TM1 Territories assigned.
2. From a Partner Contact update the account field and change the account to the record in the first step.
You will receive an error stating NoDataFoundException
Note: That this will occur if the org is using Enterprise Territory management (TM2) and the account has the older (TM1) territories also assigned.
