Feed Comments that were migrated may appear out of order when "Allow Discussion Threads" Community Preference is enabled.

Feed Comments related to a Feed Post may not appear in chronological order if they were inserted via the api as a part of a migration. This occurs if the preference "Allow Discussion Threads" is enabled in any Community(Active, Inactive, or in Preview). It will affect the sort order in any Community in the organization and when viewing internally, not just the Community where it is enabled. With this preference enabled it appears that the comments sort via the SystemModStamp field which is not user defined rather than the Created Date which was set during the migration to a historical date before the import.
1. Make sure "Allow Discussion Threads" is enabled for at least one Community in your organization.
2. Create a Post on a record.
3. Insert comments via the API with a tool like Data Loader with the Audit Fields enabled in order to set the created date. Insert a few then come back and insert a last one with a date older than the existing ones.
4. When you view the results the last comment you inserted will be at the bottom of the thread rather than in CreatedDate order.
