Summary
Links are not differentiated from regular text. When navigating through the links, the text and links are not different from one another and this makes it hard for users to determine if it is a link or not.

Repro
1. Login and ensure Topics are configured for a community
2. Navigate to the Topic/ Article links
3. Notice links are not differentiated from regular text
