[Accessibility] Certain default tab icons for standard objects fail color contrast minimums

Summary
When viewing tabs for standard objects (like Agreements, Cases, Approval Request), the default tab icons fail minimum color contrast ratio of 3:1. The standard object Cases for example has a yellow #F2CF5B briefcase icon against a light gray #F3F1F1 background, which results in a WCAG contrast ratio of 1.4:1 which is below the the color contrast minimum of 3:1.

Repro
1. Login to Lightning Experience
2. Review some standard object tabs (such as cases)
3. Notice the icons fail color contrast requirements of a ratio of 3:1

Workaround
None at this time.
