Summary
When you tab to navigate to the profile icon and click Enter or Space to launch the menu, the subsequent profile icon reads as "link" without a description that it will launch your Chatter profile.

Repro
1. Enable screen reader
2. Tab to the profile icon
3 Enter or space to launch the menu
4. Tab to the profile icon in the pop up module.
5. Notice that when you get to the profile icon, it just reads "link" with no description
