Summary
In Report Builder page, the assistive text (More Actions) for Save dropdown is very generic and not robust enough to understand that the dropdown has actions related to Save. Visually the dropdown is an extension of the Save button, and it's supposed to have "Save As" and "Properties" which are both related to "Save". The assistive text (More Actions) for Save dropdown is very generic and unable to identify that it is related to Save button.

Repro
1. Turn on a screen reader
2. Go to Reports tab
3. Click on ‘New Report’ and choose any report type
4. Tab to review drop down next to Save button within report builder:

Save & Run button
Save button
clickable More Actions menu button collapsed subMenu
Close button
Run button "

Workaround
None at this time.
