Visual Force error when loading Education Tab (Salesforce Partner Community)

At partners.salesforce.com, the Education tab displays VF sometimes. Our teams are working on this as a priority.
Steps to get to the Education tab:
1) Login to partners.salesforce.com with your Partner Community username
2) Navigate to the "Education" tab from the home page (only available to authenticated users)
No concrete workaround, but users can access some Education content in an unauthenticated state. Refreshing multiple times may also help.
Is it Fixed?
Any unreleased services, features, statuses, or dates referenced in this or other public statements are not currently available and may not be delivered on time or at all. Customers who purchase our services should make their purchase decisions based upon features that are currently available.
