Service Appointments are not Scheduled properly with Optimisation

After running OR Customers might see few SA's updated by Optimisation user and having Only Scheduled Start and End Dates but Status is still shown None and there is no AR assigned to the SA
Configure Schedule Optimization in your org.
Run a Optimisation from the Gantt Chart
Should Turn on a Custom Setting from the Back end , Please Contact Salesforce Support
