Fixed in version Marketing Cloud Release June 2021
Saving a journey after an audience event has been created and applied to said journey causes the schedule to be in the past. Because of this, the journey will not properly activate. The error on screen is "The entry source schedule begins in the past. Please remove your entry source and configure a new one with a schedule date/time in the future."
1.Create a new Journey, with a data extension as entry source, to run once at a specific date and time in the near future. Activate, and let the journey process.
2.Create a new version of this Journey.
3.Stop the ordinal version of the Journey so that you can modify the schedule time of the new version.
4.Make the changes to the Scheduled time and save the Journey.
5.Note that the time has reverted back to the original time before modification, and it is not possible to activate the Journey.
Re-save the entry source after re-selecting the start time for the event. Activate the journey without saving the journey itself.
Change the Schedule Type to "Run Once", save the entry event by clicking "Done", then changing the schedule type back to "Recurring". This should allow the changes to reflect accurately.
