Summary
SSO cert is not updated under key management when uploading new cert in guided setup.

Repro
1.Go to setup
2.Go to Key management under Data Management
3.Go to option of Guided Configuration which was configured under SSO Metadata
4.Try to upload the new cert for existing setting under option of "Identity Provider Certificate" and save it.
5.Notice the new cert will not upload and still shows the details (Effective/Expiration Date) of old cert.

Workaround
Try to delete the existing key in Key Management and configure a new key with the correct cert.
