Summary
The Quick Text shortcut command is not working in non-rich text editor fields
Repro
1) Setup Quick Text
2) Create a Quick Text for multiple Channels: Task, Event, Email
3) Go to the Send Email Quick Action on Case and open the Action
4) Click into the HTML Body and enter the shortcut command on your keyboard
Result: The Quick Text Browser Panel opens
5) Go to Log a Call Quick Action
6) Click into the Comments field and enter the shortcut command on your keyboard
Result: Nothing happens
6) Try the same upon creating or editing a Task/Event
Result: Nothing happens
