Spring'21 - Error on publishing B2B template community with Audience Assigned

After the Spring'21 release, while publishing the B2B template with Audience assigned, it is throwing an error id.
1. Go to Setup->All Sites->New Site
2. Create a B2B template community
3. Once the Builder is loaded, take any page ( Ex: Home and create a new Page Variation and assign an Audience)
4.Publish the Community
5. Notice the Error Id.

There is no workaround other than unassigning the audience.
