Non-Admins Unable to Perform Field Updates on Mobile

Users who are not assigned to the system administrator profile may encounter a save error that states the user does not have access to a field when performing a field update via a plotted marker on mobile. This issue looks to only affect field updates which trigger other processes. This issue is also isolated to Maps Mobile as this functionality currently works via desktop.
Issue identified in v2.28.1 & resolved in Maps v2.31
-Open Maps on Mobile
-Plot a marker layer
-Click on a plotted marker
-Click on edit and change the value of a field
Navigate to the record page on mobile to perform field update.
