Order Delivery Method is not eligible when creating a new Lookup field from another object

When creating a new Lookup Relationship Field from any Object, custom or standard, you cannot find the "Order Delivery Method" in the dropdown to relate it to
1. Go to any standard or custom object in Object Manager
2. Go to Field and Relationships
3. Click on "New"
4. Select "Lookup Relationship" and then "Next"
5. On "Step 2. Choose the related object", expand the "Related To" dropdown and try to find "Order Delivery Method"
