Send Survey Action of Process Builder fails when Community Users triggers it

Unable to Close the case as the user is receiving below email
Give your Salesforce admin these details. This invitationOwner doesn't exist in your org: 0050J000006s2GXQAY. Replace it with a valid invitationOwner. Error ID: 1806986680-16939 (2073046805):
Go to setup--> sharing setting and ensure that sharing settings of user is set to 'Public Read Only' (instead of private) for 'Default External Access' and both option for user visibility setting (Portal user visibility and community user visibility) should be disabled.
1) Create a survey and activate it.
2)Create a process builder that should get triggered on case closure, with send survey action for the above-created survey.
3)Add a case tab on your community home page.
4)Now login as a community user and create a case and close it, that will fail.
The current workaround is to change the sharing setting of user object Update the "Default External Access" for User to Public read only or enable options for user visibility setting,
