**This issue is related to Salesforce Order Management Only***
If status of Order is 'Activated' when attempting to cancel item from using cancel item flow on the order summary will result in the following generic error.
Error: [xmlrpc=-1, statusCode=UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION, exceptionCode=UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION, scope=PublicApi, http=500]
1. Prepare a local Salesforce Order Management Org enabled and a sample order & order summary created. Note : At the end of setup, the order status will be “Activated”
2. Open the sample order and change the order status to “Draft”
Please note that the order page layout will mandate Contract id field - just modify the layout to disabled that field as a mandatory one
3. Launch the cancel order flow from the order summary page and proceed till the end and submit.
Note the following generic error on the cancel order screen:
""[xmlrpc=-1, statusCode=UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION, exceptionCode=UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION, scope=PublicApi, http=500]"
Change status of order to 'Activate'
Is it Fixed?
