Summary
Renaming a Data Extension that has been used in a Mobile Message causes the targeted count to be 0. This is purely cosmetic. The send will go to the appropriate audience/number of subscribers.

Repro
-In Email Studio or Contact Builder, Create a DE named "Mobile"

-Create 3 fields, subscriberkey (text); mobile (phone); locale (locale)

-Save the DE

-In Contact Builder, add a row with a valid number/locale to the DE so it becomes sendable

-Go to MobileConnect and create a new message

-Outbound > Next

-Give it a name, select a code, and leave send method as schedule

-Select Audience Type as Data Extension

-Find your DE named "Mobile"

-Select it, save the message, click overview

-Return to your draft message and click Audience. Note that the name (Mobile) and targeted sections still match and the subscriber count is 1 as expected

-Go to Contact Builder and rename the DE to "Mobile_EDIT"

-Go back to MobileConnect and create a new message following the previous steps

-When you select the "Mobile_EDIT" DE, save the message and click overview

-Return to the second message, click audience, and note that the "Targeted" section has the old DE name and 0 row count.

Workaround
Rename it back to the original name and the targeted section reflects the correct name and targeted count. Or do nothing; you can still send to the DE and it will go out as expected.
